You may be aware that a severe pollution incident occured on the River Don over the first weekend of July.
Luckily for anglers in the Sprotborough and Doncaster areas, a combination of the weir and fantastic work by the EA, appears to have kept fish deaths to an absolute minimum. Many anglers are catching happily on Doncaster AA waters and the water below the town.
